Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with Bridge Live Chat and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. The issue relates to the automatic refresh of the Bridge dashboard live agents. As a temporary measure, live agents must refresh the Bridge dashboard to see new messages from end-users.
